Juice Fast - Day 2
So far, so good....
Date: 11/6/2006 10:54:52 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 1932 times I wish there was a lot of interesing things to report, but there just isn't. No hunger, no anything.
I will say that I did nap yesterday and went to bed early, but I did wake up feeling wonderful. It was a clear difference.
I'm concerned about how much you have to love the juices for this to work. I don't really like them very much.
I also don't really like my juicer very much. Breville something - it was $150. Easy to clean, but doesn't seem to produce as much juice as my old Jack L Power Juicer did, and it is now already not sealing as well as it did when I bought it. Beet juice everywhere. UGH.
I'm actually proud and amazed I made it this far (I know how funny that seems, but I am). We'll see what the next couple days bring. Doing my 6-mile walks and finding them a nice part of my life during this.
