Pre Fast Day (minus) 6

Slight change in plans.... Just slight though - still on the path

So, I had a crazy weekend and one that had me thinking about what I'm doing. I won't go into the details, but more the fact that it takes a huge commitment and one that has to overcome outside factors. (I didn't overcome them this weekend, BTW).

I've changed my start date by a few days for the following reasons:

1. I have plans for this Saturday and I don't want to be going through them on Day 3.

2. I slipped up a little and want to get this thing started the right way.

3. I need a little more work with the juices.


Saw a note from Ausjulie. I read her entire blog and was super impressed. Thank you Ausjulie for the kind words.

So, anyway. After a little weekend slip up, I'm back on track with raw and organic until Sunday, when I will start with Day 1.
