Juice Fast - Day 1

Date: 11/5/2006 1:13:02 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3139 times Not much to talk about on day one regarding the fast. But I'll say that I'm hungry, but I was always hungry pre fast and pre pre fast, so that never seems to change.
More than anything else, being on the bottom and starting up is an interesting spot to be in. The only thing you have is hope and dreams. I was thinking today as a started about who I want to be physically and how this juice fast fits into those dreams.
I'm concerned that I don't know enough about fasting. I am concerned about BM's and how to make them happen (SWF, enimas, Oxypowder, teas, etc.). I don't know much about dry skin whatever it is. I'm really not real sure of myself about the juices. I've been sticking to Apple/Carrot/Beets, which I like well enough. But I'm concerned I'll rely on that and the fruit juices too much. Adding greens does not seem like anything I'm interested in. The times I've had them in the past they taste like weeds or your front yard grass.
Anyway, I'm about to keep reading here, because I don't want to be caught off guard.
