Day 14...Some Observations
The cleansing process continues.

Today I just want to provide a few updates about what has been happening with my body the last few days. Two days ago, I had a significant event that really freaked me out. It was perhaps 7 pm and dusk was settling in and I went to the bathroom to pee. I didn't bother to turn on the bathroom light as there was still enough sunlight to see what I was doing. While peeing, I felt the need to spit so I did, and I noticed that my saliva was quite dark. I figured that it was some residual molasses that I had taken an hour earlier. About 45 minutes later, I went to pee and again spit and noticed that same dark saliva. I finished up in the bathroom and went into the other bathroom where the sink and bath tub is. It's a European thing, toilet in a separate room. Anyway, I went to wash my hands and something told me to spit into the sink so I did. OH MY GOD! I spit out this massive amount of blood. I freaked out and spit again, same thing. My immediate thought was that I was experiencing internal bleeding. I managed to clam myself down, rinsed my mouth, and spit as if I was bringing up some phlegm from my throat or lungs. No blood this time. WHEW!!! Okay, so it appears it is not internal bleeding. So I start to look around inside my mouth, and sure enough, one of my top teeth, second from the rear on the left side was bleeding from the gum. I have absolutely no idea what could have caused this as I hadn't flossed since the morning, and obviously was only drinking liquids all day. I went to the kitchen and mixed up a tall glass of warm salt water and proceeded to do a thorough rinsing of my mouth. The bleeding persisted so I stuck a folded napkin between my cheek and gum to try and stop the bleeding. I went to bed at around 9 pm and the bleeding still hadn't stopped. I put a fresh piece of napkin in place and went to bed. At around 1 am, I woke up and took it out and it seemed as if the bleeding had stopped. I was up at 6 am the following morning to do my SWF, and went into the bathroom to brush my teeth. At first I was hesitant to brush on the left side but decided to go for it. The bleeding did not reoccur and I haven't had any problem with it since. The only thing that I can figure might have caused this to occur was the fact that I had some extensive dental work done on that side of my mouth about a year ago. There must have been some sort of toxic buildup inside the gum and tooth area that was finally forced out. Better out of me then inside of me.
Yesterday, my face was extremely dry and kind of flaky. I have never really had any skin issues. I decided to do a mud pack on my face followed by a peel. Boy did that feel good and the results were amazing. Not only did it do away with the dead flaky skin, it left me face looking so much more vibrant.
The other thing of note yesterday was a similar experience to day 9 of my cleanse. In the afternoon, I once again experienced some extreme cramping and pain in my lower abdominal area at around 5 pm. I was really intense and once again I thought I was going to vomit. It took a good 15 minutes for this to pass. Within the next 30 minutes, I started having some significant bowel movements, five total over a two hour period. It was not of the same magnitude as my day 9 movements, but still significant. I woke at 1 am and had yet another BM and two more this morning prior to the SWF. It seems that there is still plenty of gunk that needs to be cleared out of my system. Anyway, another roadblock removed and I am feeling quite good today. I wish you all a great day of cleansing and remain focused on your goals.
