Hey S I too had a bleeding gum episode this cleanse. Not continous like you though. I have had a little bleeding from my gums when I brushed my teeth for quite a long time prior to the cleanse but I had it stop after about the 2nd or 3rd day after I started oil pulling.

I don't oil pull on the MC so somewhere in the 20ish days of this MC there was quite a bit of blood one day after brushing my teeth and it happened again the next day. So I decided to oil pull the next day and that slowed it a lot and by the second day it was just about gone. Gone by the 3rd day of oil pulling. I don;t like to go outside of protocol cause I do belive that the oil activates digestion so I've stopped the oil pulling and it just back to just a tiny amount of pink in my tooth brushing spit so I'm no longer concerned.

I'm on day 36 and cruising right along though I've switched to juice fasting on day 32. I wasn't planning to do that but on day 32 because of a sudden job comittment with a deadline I didn't have time to make the lemonade and had to leave the house. I was getting pretty dingy and just stopped at my local Whole Foods where we have a local vendor that bottles fresh squeezed veggie juices everyday and picked up a coupla pints of my fave mixed called Salad in a Glass. At first I was very apprehensive and thought it might make me sick but it was a very pleasant surprise when within 15 mins of drinking the first pint my energy levels went up and the mental fog totally lifted and I had this really nice feeling of well being so on my way back home I stopped at the store and stocked up on organic veggies and have been juice fasting for the last 4 days and I feel great!! I'm playing it by ear but I kinda want to go fo another 2 weeks on juices and I feel it will be really beneficial to be infusing my system with the maga nutrition provided by the veggie juices while my system is still in fasting/cleansing mode. I'm even thinking that this will become my future protocol when doing the MC. Do at least 21 days MC then switch to juice fasting for at least another 2 weeks.
