Days 18 & 19 That's it for now. Well I have decided that it is time for me to end this particular journey. My body has been giving me indications and I have learned that it is best to listen to one's body. It has been another successful cleanse and I am happy that once again I was able to share my thoughts with those of you who have been following me during this cleanse. Over the next several months, I am going to be doing a series of liver flushes, every two weeks, as I am certain that there are issues that need to be addressed. Perhaps I will post any interesting results from time to time, as I can recall that my first liver flush caused me quite a bit of worry and stress. After that, I will do my annual parasite cleanse and then I should be ready for my summer master cleanse.
