Day 3
Master Cleanse Summer Camp
Date: 6/3/2006 1:13:27 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3638 times Get out your lawn chairs and citronella oil! Its summer time and the living is easy. I peer into my mostly empty fridge and admire the chilling bottles of amber lemonade. Made with maple syrup gives it a different colour than other sweeteners but *oh* is the taste divine.

Today is day 3 for me. I woke up to see the sun rise in the sky like a large ruby marble. I immediately felt happy and reached for my body brush to do my daily body brushing. A more than quick trip to the throne room for moving the lax tea from the night before and I immediately felt like my day was on a roll. Doggies out for the day and a leisurely walk to admire the garden and say a thank you for the ripening tomatoes. I will have to give them away but it still feels good to watch them grow.
I watered my parsley and wheatgrass and have hopes this time next week perhaps I will be drinking an ounce or two a day to compliment my lemonade.
I put some reading in the bathroom since my SWF keeps me coming back. Catalogues are a good read and my stack of them waiting to be perused has diminished rather quickly. I buy once in a while but mostly its like window shopping, something popular with the girls...ggg
The neighbor came calling, curious still about the fast. I sent him an email defining the benefits, hoping it would help him accept my eccentric behavior easier. I think it did....ggg.
Not many other plans for my saturday. I plan on putting a bottle of lemonade on a table next to my hammock and indulging the feeling of summer in the air with a good book and drinking my lemonade outside.
I do not trust myself yet to go out yet amongst food temptation. I gave my birds some dried organic pineapple this morning and my brain ached for a nibble. I had hoped I had eaten everything I wanted before the cleanse but discovering that I have dried pears, cantalope and pineapple left was a little surprise. I will have to be careful for a few days to not drool over them when I dole them out to the birds who actually eat them holding them in their talons and saying, Ummmmmm....
