no juice for me
Date: 1/20/2006 9:51:52 AM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3730 times yesterday i woke up and decided no juice for me. i just needed a day off. so i had water only with twist of lemon in it. i was not even hungry all day and honestly this is the best i have felt the whole time on this juice fast, i felt light and i did notice increase in energy during the afternoon/evening. on the way home from my sons b'ball game at 9 o'clock at nite i felt like goin for a run. usually i am done for the day and feel like curling up on the sofa.
the problem for me with the juicer is everytime i start it up and put in the carrot i start dry reaching. even before i have drunk it. i really didnt mind the carrot celery spinach apple combo when i first started but i was over them by day 8. fruit juices are still nice but i cant just have fruit and no veggie. i am thinking about making a veggie broth and sip on that over weekend but not sure if that is still technically part of this juice fast....???? the worse part about not juicing is no BM's and if i have no BM's i am not cleaning my colon. but i just need to get thru this weekend not worrying too much about any of it and just doing what feels right. so it will be combo of juice lemonade veggie broth and herbal tea. maybe on monday i will go back to 6 juices and lax's. yuck even the thought.
not sure about weight loss estimate around 10 pounds i will weigh in on monday.
