weekend not so good!
Date: 1/14/2006 4:11:59 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3199 times woke up today feelign a little blue. last nite was friday nite and it was really hard. probably hardest nite i have had. my bad time is from 5 pm to around 9pm so i think i need to be busy in that time. today i am going to try to walk then rather than in the morning see if that helps. i missed the usual friday nite ritual a beer a pizza (homemade and usually pretty healthy)and a movie. but i really want to make this juice thing work. anyway got through last nite by having my movie and new drink of choice pineapple and mango juice yum. so first thing this morining i jumped out of bed and on scales and i lost another pound (up to 7 now). i was hoping for 2 but will take the 1. cant wait till i wake up feeling really good and not worrying about the stupid scales. but that is my motivation at the moment.
anyway its mid afternoon and feeling pretty good. yesterday i did well on the elimination side of things. today not so good. so i will have to take some cascada blah blah it makes my tummy feel yucky adn head a bit funny too but i am feeling a bit bloated so no alternative. my skin feels really clean i dont usually have trouble with it anyway but it is extra soft. actually my whole body feels clean. dont even feel the need to brush my teeth. i do feel lighter. i got out 7 pounds of carrots and felt how heavy they are. so 7 is better than none. imagine how i will feel after 20 pds. i managed 7 juices yesterday. actually i was hungry yesterday not sure if that is just part of the fast or because i walked??? i fidn sipping on ice water with twist of lemon is quit nice to at night time. i have also started indulging in long hot showers which is not so good for the environment but i am goin to let myself of the hook on that one just while i am juicing. finidng the veggie juices hard to face now gettign sick of the one i liked which is carrot spinach adn celery with bit of apple. i want to try alternative veggies but a bit afraid i will lose my stomach and not be able to front up to another juice. if anyone is reading this and has a good veggie recipe let me know. i know i have to have lots of greens but oh my god i am sick of spinach. and carrot. thanks god for the fruit juices which are like heaven.
so just hoping to get thur this weekend without too much more pain. just if your wondering i have not broken adn have not intention of breaking the fast. but for soem reason this weekend is harder than any of the previous days.
