Hi Julie. Foremost, thank you from the bottom of by heart for having been such an incredible inspiration on your 30-day fast. After reading your blog last year, I completed a 30-day fast successfully. After that, at first I started raw, then slowly let myself go down and gained back all the weight I had lost and added another 15 pounds!!! That's a total of 40 or so pounds I gained in 9 months. Now I embarked in another fast (see my blog). So don't beat yourself up: you are doing amazingly and you will get to where you want in no time. Also, I have read several fasting journals throughout the internet and most people struggle with post fast weight gain. You are not the only one, but you are certainly among the ones that have succeded post fast.
