day 11

third milestone!

well i made it to my third milestone. i am feeling rather good. i only had 4 juices yesterday and lemonade in between. not too many BM's but ok with that. i am sticking with carrot celery spinach and apple as my main vegie juice - i mix in cucumber and zucchini now and then. i have tried other veggies but can hardly stomach them. i mix up my fruit juices to try a variety, adn also to try to get different benefits from each type of fruit. i use, mango, pineapple, apple, orange, kiwi, peach, strawberries, watermelon, rockmelon and pear. apple and orange are the main ones due to cost effective. i have added herbal teas to my diet which i am really enjoying. i had intended to add oils to my diet by now but i really dont think i can stomach them. i need to find out more info about the benefits. for lax's i am taking a mixture of cascada, drinking smooth move and physilllium husks. i would've liked more BM's to speed cleansign of the colon but i became obsessive about it. i really miss the variety of food i use to eat and every day i find a reason to break the fast then talk myself out of it. i go to bed each nite pleased i made it thru another day. i wish it would get easier but maybe that is just the way it is going to be for me. i am constantly thinking of the changes i have to make in my habits when i finish my fast. maybe i should start a list of good meal choices.....i am really pleased with myself getting this far. next milestone is getting to half way day 15...but i am nervous about this weekend...i find them the hardest.
