Just wanted to add that sex makes you feel good. If you are lucky enough to have a loving partner, and some time to spend, brighten up your week with some a delicious sex picnic.

Spread your blanket out on the floor, grab a glass of wine, and relax. I suggest music, or our favorite, baseball in the background.
