I'll get my measurements next week, when the person who measured me originally is there.
I've NEVER lost weight in my life. And here it is coming off with portion control, snacking control, and lots of exercise. Keep in mind I'm getting this much exercise over 1 hour and twenty minutes a day. I'm hoping to do some yoga in the AM, but so far 1 hour 20 minute workouts with a lot of intensity is what has done it.
I'm going to try to do this without resorting to fasting, because I really need to learn moderation, rather than extremism. It's a personal thing - I think fasting is a great tool, but it's not right for the job ahead of me.
This is a challenge every day to not eat big portions, to stay in control, and KEEP GOING TO THE GYM.
KICK ASSSSSS. This goes out to all the people who never thought they could really lose weight. You just have to want it so bad you are willing to give up the excuse-eating.
