a little plugged, if anyone wants TMI (too much information). I'm drinking the fiber drink and actually resorted to an enema this morning.

Yuck. I'm kicking butt at the gym and making progress (I can see it in the mirror). But I'm really sore and am going to do yoga at home this afternoon.

It's snowing in New England again. We'd hoped we were done, but it's only March.
