flab monster, motivated to get to my goal, time to stop talking and start doing

i certainly let myself go more than i realised this weekend, just coz the scales havent gone up much dosent mean i havent turned into a complete FLAB MONSTER yuck!!!
i got up to do some exercise and it hurt my stomache due to the feeling of fat jiggling around f***ing disgusting!
so im all set for this fast that i was only half heartedly doing im now doing it passionatly and i will not eat again untill i weigh 7 stone...decision made!
if i really really really start to feel ill i will have a few pieces of pineapple or a cup of soup. both the pineapple cups i have are 65cals and the cup a soup 85cals so if by day 4 i need it i will allow myself it.
feeling and looking disgusting today. going to do a little bit more exercise and then rest and do some online shopping.
cw: flabby. even though the scales still only say 7stone 10

longest fast: 4 days
this fast im going to just keep with until i am 7 stone! im hopeful i can r3each this goal within the next 7-10 days
