Day 1 of Five day fast
this is a little blog about my fasting, and how its all going,
Date: 5/9/2011 5:54:50 PM ( 13 y ) ... viewed 898 times so after doing a few short fast usually lasting 3 days and being broken on the fourth i have decided to try for 5 days this time, then next time i will hopefully manage 7 then finally a 10 day fast
ive had a few failed attempts at this fast but im feeling like i can do it now this is my five day plan
5 day plan
monday
fast
jog with wrist weights :30 minutes x 2
dumbells whilst wearing wrist weights: 100 each arm reps
twist board: 15 minutes with wrist weight and dumbells
Tuesday
fast
jog with wrist weights: 30 minutes x 2
dumbells whilst wearing wrist weights: 100 each arm reps
twist board: 10 minutes with wrist weights and dumbells
wednesday
fast
run errands
jog:30 mins split into two sets of 15mins if have to with wrist weights
dumbells: 200 each arm reps
twist board: 30 minutes with either wrist weights or dumbells
thursday
fast
dumbells: 200 each arm reps
jog:15 minutes with wrist weights
twist board 30mins with either dumbells or wrist weights
Friday
fast
dumbells: 100 each arm reps
jog with wrist weights: 15 minutes
twist board for core: 15 minutes with dumbells
so today is monday and i have completed my exercises and not eaten anything, im feeling good, if a little cranky!
i really hope i can meet my exercise targets daily, i know alot of people say rest when fasting but i am doing this purly for weightloss and exercise seems to motivate me more, the detox side of things is simply an added bonus.
i havent experianced any dizzyness today so thats good thats what normally gets me! i did have some hunger pains but i found using a hot water bottle helped, plus im feeling slightly cold due to lack of food.
