Need a movie

Ate banana and PB for breakfast. Not really hungry today. Munched more almonds. Ate lettuce and dressing for lunch. Shopped tonight for all I need for the week. $20 worth of bulk tofu. A buck a brick. Not bad. 8oz bricks. Had one on the way home. 72 miles round trip for tofu. Now that's allegiance. I love the flavor and it's really, really firm. Not even nearly as soft and the super firm pre-packaged stuff.

Got dates, cukes, matoes, celery, raw cider vinegar, bananas. I'm set for the week now.

Set up bills and paid one online tonight.

Voyeuring ex on Match.com. Now that's insanity. I then did an inventory - like I am supposed to in order to save my life - geezum crow. I'm thick sometimes. That game is deadly and I am not supposed to be playing. I am better than that. Why should I give one second of energy to that? Because I'm sick and it's a habit. Well, 28 days later and the habit is changed.

Today is about that for being raw vegan. June 22 to today is 26 days so far. I really don't want to go back to Diet
Coke and cheese nachos every night. I like the changes I see.

There are some really stubborn ridges in my thumbs that haven't gone away yet and in my 4th and 5th digits. Two or three in each.

I am becoming down-right pretty when I work at it, truth be told. I am not round, angry, agitated, sleepless any more. I am very kind with only occasional anger bouts. When I have them, i try to do so alone. Like when I was punching air on the secluded rec path yesterday. I was so mad at how things are. At how my ex lives and thinks. Geezum. I am so disgusted with his thinking and some of the things he said to me: "any guy would've done the same thing". Oh, my. Does he really believe that? Can it be true he's THAT immature and defensive?

Not my job to correct anyone. Just listen then move on.

Well, I'm going to brush my teeth, read a little then lights out. Work tomorrow. Big yummy salad awaits! Power walk before work. Happiness really is in tight glutes. Really.

xo
