Lonely is the road, full is the soul.

My sponsor this morning said, "Aren't you glad you don't have a man to answer to?" and "Aren't you glad you're not in the kitchen?"
Well, no frankly. I enjoyed being a partner to a man. I loved being in the kitchen creating awesome food for my 4 boys and my husband.
Keep the focus on me, she says. Okay. Another raw/vegan day. I am in a rut with my food. I was craving something last night - something that stuck to me. I didn't bother getting up to get any peanut butter. I simply rolled over and went to sleep.
This morning I'll have PB and bananas. Day-old salad and a side of fresh lettuce for lunch. I've got horseradish for cravings and of course - water with a splash of vinegar.
I have expectations and I am not happy. I am more interested in looking at what other people are and are not doing than looking at my own life. That is where my true happiness lies: looking at my own life.
I am no victim of anything or anyone.
