Day 13 & 14

Yeah 4th milestone

Not much to say about the last two days. regular days really. i have not hit that part of the fasting where i am cold yet so waiting for that to come. Then i know i am deep into the cleansing. my weight is stagnent at 145. this is hard when i have been exercising 6 days a week - i ran again last nite. i honestly dont want to start looking at how many calories i am taking in etc that to me would defeat one of my favourite things about fasting which is not having to worry about what i am eating - because i am not eating. ive always said its like a holiday away from food. im not sure why the weight is so slow to move when i have so much of it to go. but i have to trust in the process. it has to eventually go. i am pretty confident i will make it the full 30 days now. tomorrow will be half way and honestly this has not being hard at all. i do still get a little bored and miss being part of the normal activities involving food etc. but the feeling i have each morning waking up knowing i am achieving a goal of mine is a really positive thing. on another note bm's have slowed to a snail pace so i will have to up the oxypowder dose tonight. i am wondering if i should try some other form of laxatives to see if i can get some old stuff moving. maybe i will sip on some smooth move tonight. two weeks doen and it feels good -looking fwd to two more!
