Day 10

Yeah 3rd milestone

Well i am pretty happy about the 10 days. Definately in the rhythm of fasting. Last night i had the most magic sleep thank goodness! Weight today is 146. My jeans feel a little more comfortable. At times i dont feel like the weight is disappearing quick enough but i can handle it. as long as i still feel good and can see some results. I just thought i would be further ahead. Yesterday was mostly water adn Mc lemonade with one juice last night. i am thinking next week i will try and switch to pure mc for 10 days, jsut becasue i have never done a true mc for longer than a few days. i had a wheatgrass shot today, hopefully i will have more of them. i have really sore leg and arm muscles from working out - i love that it means i am workign hard. last night i biked 20 min elyptical 20 and leg weights 40 mins. I will attempt to run again tonights. i am so glad i am exercising again. i have to remember this and not let go of it again. Next milestone is Day 15 - half way!
