Day 5 and Day 6

Date: 4/4/2009 8:43:45 PM ( 15 y ) ... viewed 1848 times Day 5 went by rather easy considering it was friday night and i usually really suffer missing all of the friday festivity we have. but last night was good i am just really committed to this fast. first milestone accomplished i woke up in the morning again really tired, weighed myself and i was up 1.5 pounds. this can really suck but i know it is just part of it. my first fast this didnt happen until a little further into the fast. and i was devistated but this time i know it can happen and honestly im ok. if i get to day 12/14 and i havent seen some significant weight loss then i might not be so ok.
Day 6 (today) is another good day. my only problem is my sleeping. i find it really hard to sleep at night and then around 3 or 4 in the morning i zonk out. im not sure why this is maybe i just need to make more of an effort to get up really early so i will be tired at night. i am back down to 149. i know i shouldnt be on the scale every day but oh well! i worked out every day last week and today we went for a 2 hr walk and played tennis. i am really happy about exercising every day - not really sure why i let that go. looking forward to my finsihing my first week and going strong into the second!
