Detox

O.k. Day one is over. Two more to go, depending on my detox level, of course.

Headache has started in back of the head, upper spine area. Same place as last fast.

I did not sleep well last night. I woke up rested, yes, but my mind was all over the map.

Supposed to storm today, looking forward to it. Praying today and tomorrow goes by fast...
