Date: 5/12/2006 4:15:51 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3686 times Haven't gained any weight. In fact, I've lost 2 lbs.
Eating mainly veggies and fruit. Have added olive oil, cooked rice and salt. Craving meat big time, so I may not wait a month to introduce light meats.
Going to the BR on my own, pretty easily. I take 4 probiotics with every meal and I'm drinking tons of water.
My energy level has gone done a bit, but I think that may have something to do with my hubby and I possibly catching a cold and our very hectic schedules.
