Day 90!!!
Ninety days and still going. She just keeps going and going and going....
Date: 4/22/2006 3:45:26 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 3486 times Whoooo!!! I've made it 90 days and I'm still going. I'm shooting for 120 and then I'll reevaluate where I am, unless my body says it's done.
I hit a pretty big low (mentally) yesterday as the weight loss has decreased significantly. Like only 2 pounds lost last week. THAT is very discouraging, especially when I'm still far from my goal weight. But I've done this before and I know you have good weeks and bad weeks. I just wish I would have journaled more during my longest fast, so I could go back and look at when weight loss slowed down, etc.
I believe my medical issue is gone however, which is wonderful!
I'll be working (as in exercise) my butt off this next coming week as I prepare for my marathon, so HOPEFULLY I'll be seeing some good results on the scale. Please, please, please, another week of only 2 pounds gone, would break me for sure! lol :)
