I am sure with your adventuresome nature you will find 15 days a breeze and it may take 21 days to really challenge you. My first cleanse I did 30 days. It was just like climbing a mountain...I kept going further just to see if I could. I was not sure I would do it again but this year, I did it again. The first cleanse was a great foundation for me and so this one was particularly easy for me. I had planned though to take a month off so I could really have the luxury of not having to keep commitments and such when I was detoxing. I expected to feel much more funky but instead this cleanse was more the triumph than a trial.

Wow...you are fortunate to have parents willing to invest time in taking their own health in hand and deworm themselves. Of course, we will deworm our children and our pets but it rarely occurs to us that we can be teeming with them. Your children will also need a parasite cleanse eventually too. Swimming in water, oceans, streams, rivers and such is probably the biggest risk. If you or your kids do it, you are probably picking up parasites.

I am impressed you shared your flush results with your mom too. I was stunned with my own first flush results. I took a picture to prove I did it. My boss teases me about that but so far about 5 other people have used my success to go through liver flushing themselves, so it was worth the effort and now I have a growing circle of friends who will call me up to share their success and amazement that they are feeling so much better with years of congestion being relieved....
