It just sounds like you need a vacation. I would also change jobs. Simplify your life, and do all the things that make you happy- all the things that you could not do, because you were preoccupied following the paths that society put before you.
As for your family, you don’t have to talk to them every time you see them. I go to my mothers house and simply work in her garden. We go out to dinner an a movie some times, or we just sit in the living room while the news is on.
It sounds like you may be depressed too. For this, I would get some sea salt, juice vegetables for a while, and I would also exercise 4 times a week. You need to run for 20 minutes at least 3 times a week to reduce depression. Studies prove that vigorous exercise throughout the week can reduce depression better than conventional antidepressants. Stay away from the conventional antidepressants/ pills; they damage the body and magnify the depression.
