Have any of you heard of Vials of Light? A friend turned me onto it recently. It was amazing. I sprained my wrist really bad on Monday night. I needed it to be functional today but due to the pain and swelling (as big as a blowfish and I couldn’t use the hand) I figured I was out of luck and would have to cancel my plans for today. I have always been super healthy and pretty clean living. I was only drinking on fortnightly basis in 2012 and when I became fatigued I stopped drinking all together.
