I work on computer a lot so I get stressed eyes and here are the things that have helped, BTW are you in the states? as this product might only be available in the states, "ABC Plus" with Lutein and Lycopene from Natures Bounty. There are 2 versions be sure to get the one with the Lutein and Lycopene. This was really helping my eyes and now I can't get it anymore as I am in Canada and they can't ship it here now.

The other thing I have used are the Vision, Eye and Macular Degeneration, frequency sets in the FQ program dealing with Rife Frequencies. When doing the Frequencies though you should use Liquid Trace Minerals and drink water and if you are lucky enough to live in the USA then you can get the ABC Plus product and use it with the FQ program.
