Like just about everything else in this world, the proof is in the pudding. I have heard about Kudzu, hypoglycemia diets and anti- parasite herbs in the treatment of alcoholism. Graham crackers, now that’s a new one for me.

But what I don’t see, or maybe just didn’t choose to see was somebody telling about being clean and sober for a year on kudzu, or sober for 5 years using anti- parasite herbs, of sober for 10 years on Graham crackers.

Long term recovery is an uphill grade to be sure. If this stuff works, good. But if you still find yourself with a drink in your hand and don’t know why. Look into old school recovery.
