I have used Li Fiber from Unicity corp along with their anti- parasite herbs, and then also have done ABC Bulk Colon Cleanse (health food store) - the main thing is psyllium. I have not done the Bentonite clay, just a good six months on the fiber. The ABC Bulk cleanse seems more heavy-duty, and got quite a bit out with that when I took it along with the Old Amish De-Wormer from Alpha-Omega labs (www.altcancer.com). Never had a colonic, and don't plan to. I think the fiber and a clean diet are enough, and I've been eating pretty clean for quite a long time. No Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome that I know of. Have you had a Darkfield test (live blood analysis)? That spots fungal organisms in the blood right away, and you can see them on the monitor. Also shows up other conditions.

I think I've had candida for probably 15 years, and a saw a real intuitive "healer" who says I have a lot of staph along with it, and still some parasites hanging on. She seems to know her stuff, because when I follow her recommendations, I feel better. Why do you not eat any carbs? The body ecology diet differs from the other candida starvation diets in that it allows millet, quinoa, buckwheat, amaranth, and also carrots & redskin potatoes, even a little fresh corn. You have to soak the grains at least 8 hours before cooking. I found the 80/20 rule to be a little hard - I typically add a slightly larger amount of protein and carbs, but generally stick to the food combining principles. THat seems to help digestion and keep my energy up. I also snack as often as I need to to keep blood Sugar from dropping too low. Don't forget the cultured veggies!!
