I am almost 70. And we all want to feel well at any age.
You understood me right about the flushes and the parasite cleanse.
I can't be too helpful about recognizing parasites. I only did the cleanse once after having done liverflushes and Oxypowder for 2 years. I follow Ask Andreas Moritz Forum and he feels when you do these 2 things you can clean yourself up.
Only when you know that you have long worms it is good to do the parasite cleanse.
Of course that is not how most people feel on this forum.
The Barefoot Herbalist also feels that people should do the bowelcleanse first, so you don't have all these dead parasites, if you have any, floating around. He feels the same if you kill them with a zapper, what a lot of people say they do. According to Andreas when the body can't get rid off the waste it will enter the lymphatic sytem and the blood and then the liver has to filter it. And if the liver can't keep up your liver will get more congested. So he actually suggests doing Bowel Cleanse and livercleanse so you know everything is in working order.

Most people read Dr.Clark's book that is very intens when it comes to parasites.
So like everything in life you have to make your own choices as far as protocols go.
