For the skin you should try rubbing a mix of DMSO with aloe vera juice and a couple drops of eucalyptus oil. It will be itchy (from DMSO) and tingle (from the Eucalyptus) but it definitely penetrates the skin. I slather it on my chest and neck and can actually taste it within a minute from it going through the skin on my neck.
