"let's get real" - okay

First question - where do you live - not specifically - but geographically - do you have 4 seasons? - one? - two? - and how long are those seasons? What is the rainfall?

Second question... is your *ideal* fruititarian diet sustainable year round, where you live, without the use of any variation of grocery store, farmers markets (that bring foods in from who knows where) or any number of variations of health food stores. In other words can you grow and/or wild harvest your own fruits year round?

If not, the *diet* is unsustainable and you are living in lala land.

BTW - to address another comment... where do you think that the trees and plants producing that fruit get their nourishment from? The soil. Were does that top soil come from? The dead and decaying flora and fauna lying on it, that is then decomposed and recycled by the microflora. So you are eating life - *nourished* by death. And if you are throwing those seeds away, or eating them, you are killing the babies of that plant.

Even where I live a diet such as that is only sustainable due to man's hybridizing of non-indigenous plants and trees that were specifically bred for the hot, dry environment. Natural indigenous fruit harvesting is about 6 months, 8 months tops.

And then... the non-indigenous plants and trees need to be *artificially* irrigated at quite a cost in order to produce, let alone survive... even those I have in my yard.

Statement... did you know that since about the late 1400's *man* has been breeding higher sugar content into fruits and they were not generally what we would call *sweet* today in their native or wild varieties? In fact they were, for the most part very bitter and tart.

That is why most bananas in stores are literal clones of the same banana today... just one monoculture that is destroying food sources and the planet in the process.

So the fruit you are eating isn't what it could be... or should be in the first place.

If we would be having this conversation 1,000 years ago some where within 20 degrees of the equator, in the tropics... it would be a bit more believable to me.

Though I could write volumes on this... that is enough reality for you now.
