Some basic advice by #128526 ..... Candida & Dysbiosis Forum

Hi

If you have bad candida (and Im sure most of you have), feel toxic have dark urine and really bad anxiety get a series of colonics. The relief from just ONE colonic can be HUGE. The bottom line is if you are very toxic no matter what you try nothing will work as candida is part of the body's defence system to soak up toxins, sure it can mutate and cause complications but it still serves the purpose of saoking up toxins so until you detox some of the crap out of your body you will never be able to get rid of it no matter how much anti-fungals you take so this is the most crucial point to remember.

Stay away from all Gluten and non organic foods especially meat. Stay away from all dairy (except raw milk kefir and butter - butter is great for healing the gut). Dont eat too much meat and dont eat big heavy meals.

Take a good quality colon cleanser (you can get ones that are psyllium based that also have probiotics added which are great).

Drink lots of clean water with freshly squeezed lemon added.

Drink lots of raw milk kefir. You really need to use raw milk. Once it ferments strain into glasses then add a large tablespoon of finely grated coconut and add a heaped teaspoon of rice bran to each glass and mix well. Let ferment in the glass for a few more hours until there is a clear layer on the bottom of the glass. The coconut it obviously anti-fungal and the rice bran will feed the good bacteria and make the kefir much more potent and as a result it will have a much sharper taste to it that will bring tears to your eyes (so you know its ready). You can also top up the glases with organic coconut cream when you add the bran and coconut for extra coconut benefit.

It is important to ferment at the correct temperature of around 21-25oC and to change the milk every 24 hours. Also if the kefir isnt working for you grow the grains until you have a load of them and then start eating them by the tablespoon. If either of these methods are going to work for you you will know within a couple of days IMO. Milk kefir grains can contain different strains of bacteria and yeasts at different levels so if it doesnt work for you and you have followed the above instructions it could be worth while for you to try and source your grains from someone who has successful treated candida with them.

If your digestive system can handle it eat lots of raw salads.

coffee enemas are great for detoxing your liver.

Obviously stay on the candiad diet during this. Assuming you dont have a bad parasite infestation then the kefir should be sufficient in shifting the candida but feel free to add the antifungals an hour before taking the kefir ideally.

Obviously everyone is different but assuming you dont have a bad parasite problems then you should be able to make good progress very quickly IMO.
