Mighty....I'm just rereading your original post. I'm going to test your theory on ten 3-day Fasts vs. one 30-day Fast. I believe the shorter fasts, each followed with one day of Feeding, will produce a stronger Body than one long Fast. The long Fast just leaves you too weak. People have actually fainted from getting up too quickly. And many have even died from improper re-feeding. I think Karen Carpenter is a prime example, even though her illness was Anorexia. They claimed her Heart was too weak to accept the nutrition, but I feel it was the wrong nutrition that killed her.
The 'Key', as I see it, is the Feeding, not the Fast. You can't very well screw-up the Fast. We all do that pretty much the same. But the Feeding is unique to each one of us. My Feeding will be of the highest nutrition possible (someone ask me what that is). I mean if you're trying to rebuild your Body, you wouldn't want to use the average nutrition-poor Fruits and Vegetables found in the local Markets. And I read one post about someone breaking with a Hamburger. If you feed on 'junk', you build a weak Body. You can't hide it.
Mighty....Correct me if I'm wrong. The series of shorter Fasts will consume more Muscle. Oh, "that's bad", everyone is saying. But no, "that's good" because you can build a smaller, stronger Body.
.......I guess I shouldn't even be speculating until I've done some of this. So I'll check back here in a couple of weeks with a more detailed report.
Mighty, and Chrisb1 if you see this, add comments as you see fit...and anyone else too.....WY
