You can't seem to manage the idea that a free open market hasn't existed in this country for a long time! So you keep trying to reinterpret all things under the spectacle of socialism ! I would imagine one of the main jobs of a ceo is to coordinate with goverment on ways to pass any taxes they may have to pay on to the socialist taxpayer!
A CEO is valued for his connections, legit, criminal or governmental! You have to learn to think out of the socialist box!
