Thanks for your advice...I did try that. Basically I started taking wheatgrass, took too much and felt sick, so I cut down and was fine for a few weeks...then I took a few days break while I was waiting for a fresh batch and over the last two days I've actually been sick when taking it. So I cut right down to a very very small amount and felt sick.
Is it likely to feel less sick if I take it after a meal rather then on an empty stomach?
Can specific batches make you feel sick?
