Juiceing adult plantlife as opposed to youthfull plantlife is the way to maximize chlorophyll intake.Adult or mature spinach is very high in chlorophyll compared to tray grown wheatgrass.Tray grown grass at 10-15 days old,spinach 60-90 days old.Parsley is another green that tastes wonderfull as well.I have second year parsley thats already 2 feet tall.Juicing these greens together with wheat/barlygrass raises ones chi factor for maximum energy and vitality.Fresh is always better than powders,but powders serve there purpose.For a quicky at work or when time is in short supply.Be wise,be green,be healthy!!!
