my only question is this - hw does the chlorophyl last thru the drying and processing? if i take some chlorella or spirulina that has been harvested, dried, packaged, etc, does the chlorophyl survive all that? then compare that to wheatgrass, cut fresh, then immediately juiced. in that case i believe most the chlorophyl goes into the juice.
now if i was eating the spirulina fresh, that would be different, but thats not happening.
