Just a quick note about the psyllium husks fibre that u said didn't work for you - I did try it for a while at first and I just didn't take enough - and that does not work - 3 capsules is not enough! Gotta visulise how much fibre is in them...you need 40 grams of fibre a day, and I get about 15 a day on psyllium when I'm doing a clense...that means taking a LOT of psyllium - but its worth it. But if it doesn't work for you - don't worry, theres a different method for everyone (and I won't take it personally, I don't sell the stuff!lol!)
