I never weigh myself. I don't like to get into the nitty gritty of numbers. If I feel good, look good, and my clothes start fitting me again I am happy!
Make sure you start planning out in detail, how you will break you fast. It's definitely the hardest part! (I find) I have started researching vegan, vegetarian, and low fat healthy recipes to help me when I start eating again. I try not to look forward to the eating, and concentrate on cleansing now. But it helps me to have the recepies ready so I can come off the fast and eat right!
