Is this a Myth? Colon Cleansing helps with Acne

OK, I don't know if I believe this or not, but I've heard that colon cleansing can help clear up acne. Has anyone else heard this before? Somebody please correct me if this is wrong, but I heard that an impacted colon can't properly eliminate the toxins in your intestines, and therefore the toxin are eliminated thru the skin... That can't be right, is it?

I am looking for a colon cleanser that can help with both constipation and acne. So far, I am leaning towards the Oxypowder Colon Cleanse, because I've heard more good things about it, then most other colon cleansing products on here. Any thoughts?
