Diet is everything!

Citrus fruits, Kiwi, peaches, apples....cruciferous vegies rock.

I live near an airport, planes fly over daily...I worry about the jet fuel and particulate pollution.

I find that if I cleanse using calci-clear oral chelation for 3 months, take a 3 month break, then cleanse again, that I am virtually illness free. I am on my 2nd cleanse. The benefits are immediate and the product is relatively cheap as compared to other cleanses.
