thanks for your reply. yes i sort of do look at it as a healing crisis. but am just nervous of how far it will go. i really don't want it to get much worse but also know for sure i need to clean. i can't believe the stuff that came out of me in the colon cleanse. i really do feel i need to clean out the liver for sure. just feeling very apprehensive at this point and scared.
