I am far from an expert, but some of the symptoms suggest a mild form of autism triggered by a severe gluten intolerance. The easiest way to test is to take him off all wheat and other gluten containing foods for a month to six weeks. Also stop giving him any White Sugar , actually very little Sugar at all if he has Candida issues, avoid all artificial colors and solid vegetable fats. I have read an Atkins type diet, very high in protein and animal fats works well for children with this syndrome, but I don't know anyone who has tried this. Still a high protein diet with complex carbohydrates and no grains or sweets for a few weeks won't hurt him and may give you a clue if gluten intolerance is the problem.
