Hi Molly;
I am my own top 'guinea pig.' I experimented with the senario -- OP before bed? or not to OP before bed? that was the question.
One night last week after I OP'd at bedtime, I felt a raging in my body. It felt like my blood was going 190 mph and could not relax enough to go to sleep. Upon testing kinetically myself the conclusion was that I was suffering a herxheimer's effect of kill-off. I needed to take several capsules of L-Ornithine to get off to sleep.
I still recommend OP'g before bed; but be prepared to address any serious kill-off symptoms.
