For good supplements, I would suggest that you take a look at the ones in my signature that I endorse and am an affiliate of.
Utopia Silver has the best colloidal silver and colloidal gold on the planet. I serve as an advisor to them and they are adding and formulating products on a regular basis. I particularly like the 75 Plant Minerals product they sell because it provides plant derived trace minerals that are often overlooked but vital to optimum health.
