Doesn't sound like too tough of a challenge...

That legislation was lucky to get as far as it has.

Either way, the pharms can hide so much. Testing in other
countries and the like. FDA approval doesn't mean much any
more anyway as far as I'm concerned...they are paid off and
told what to do. Kinda like Consumer Reports being bought off
by Sony awhile back.

Yet I would like to see the legislation pass and start the
rumble...

It has a better chance w/the new prez anywho...

Clinical tests are so easy to fudge.

I'm in advertising and one company, Baxter I think,
sent me photos that were dr'd up and the caption read
unretouched...I don't work with them anymore...

I think the FDA actually likes the way things are now...
easier to plead innocent/stupidity when the lab findings
are in a drawer and not there for all to see.
