A really great one for ice-cream cravings:

1/ Peel ripe enough banana/s
2/ slice in chunks if desired
3/ wrap in cling wrap and place in freezer
4/ Once completely frozen, place in blender with just enough Almond or rice
milk to cover them slightly and blend just long enough to make a creamy
frozen consistency!
5/ Yum yum. My young son loves this, too!

Tip: Frozen Nanas are great for putting in smoothies - it's like adding a
dollop of ice-cream!

Note: Bananas last in the freezer for around 3 weeks.

Cheers,
Jacqueline
