Sorry I didn't respond sooner, but I was very busy and didn't read forums...

Anyway, in case you still didn't get the openoffice -- go to the site I suggested (www.openoffice.org) and just click on the green image almost in the center of the screen that says: "Get openoffice.org". Then choose "Download openoffice" and save the file on your computer. After that simply run the program and it will install itself.

When you open it, choose "Master document" and start typing away -- it's much like "Word for Windows" -- it's a powerful text processor. After you're done and want to convert the file in a .pdf, simply click on the red icon that says PDF. Voila -- Openoffice will create your pdf.

Incidentally, I've just created another great report with the software -- I'm slowly getting the hang of it :-)
